In this world of Ryan Gosling and Hugh Jackman, it’s not everyday that a politician is on someone’s crush list. Though, I’m pretty partial to Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom, Google him and you’ll see why. But I digress.

Remember Obama Girl? She made all those sexy YouTube videos about how much she liked Obama? There was also McCain Girl, and now there are Newt Girls.

Photos have surfaced of some enthusiastic young women who really like former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, and held a sleepover to prove it. The girls are allegedly connected to New York University’s College Republicans and posted the photos on Facebook in an album titled “Newt Gingrich Sleepover.” The photos were originally posted by NYU Local. 

Somewhere, Vivid Entertainment is developing a script for this.

A notable member of the guest list at the slumber party allegedly was Andrea Catsimatidis, who is married to Christopher Cox, the grandson of Richard Nixon. She can be seen at the bottom left of the human Newt pyramid.

Much has been said of Gingrich’s “woman problem.” This could be the fact that he’s just completely unattractive, or that he holds such a low opinion of women in general. Gingrich has a history of cheating on his spouses and even proposing an open marriage situation with one of this former wives. Plus, his stances on abortion and birth control, aren’t really women friendly.

In any case, the fairer sex prefers both ex-Gov. Mitt Romney (R-Mass.) and President Obama over Gingrich, according to recent polls.

College-aged voters don’t favor Gingrich much either; Texas. Rep. Ron Paul has garnered the lion’s share of youth support in the GOP presidential primary.

But, if recent pictures are to be believed, all is not lost for Gingrich in his problem demographics.
